MyChurchApp - SAAS is an application that allow unlimited number of churches to connect to same software services. Each church is identified with a unique code and can only access data that belongs to their church on their dashboard and mobile apps respectively. This application allow churches to subscribe to your platform to use these services and comes with different payment gateways for subscriptions. There are options for churches to use your platform for a period of time before the church will be charged. Also the platform sends automatic email reminders to churches whenever their subscriptions are about to expire.
The church manager dashboard is the central control to manage and onboard all churches that are using your platform. The church manager can create new churches, deactivate church account, see subscription transactions etc.

All churches including the church manager make use of the same login link. Upon login, the system automatically identifies the user and takes the user to the appropiate dashboard.
The church manager can add new church accounts from the church manager dashboard, when a new church account is created, the church will receive an email with details on how to proceed. An Api-Token is generated for every church account created, this token will be used to generate android and ios apps for each church. So the token is unique for each church account.
To create a new church account using the church admin dashboard, login to Church admin dashboard using the details we provided in the previous section, then click on New Church on the left navigation menu.
A church can also register an account for themselves using the register form. To register a new church account using the register from, click on the link below, then fill the form and then submit.
There are 2 licenses for church accounts; 'Expires' and 'Never Expires', When you create a church with never expiry license, they will be able to use the services free for life and will never be asked for payment, ofcourse you can always update any church license from the church manager dashboard.
What happens if a church subscription expires, The church is notified via email to renew their subscription. If a church fails to renew the subscription after the expiry, they can still access the services for a limited period of time, after which their account is set to inactive. Once their account is inactive, they wont be able to access the admin dashboard and the app will stop functioning.
The Church manager can set the number of days a church is notified of their subscription expiry, and also number of days they can use the services before their account is set to inactive.
The Church Manager can schedule to delete an inactive church. When a church account is deleted, all associated data is completely deleted from the server.
Use the link below to download a test app for the church SAAS. You will need to provide a church Api-Token to test the app. You can either copy one from the list of test churches we already created, or create a new church account and then add the new church account Api-Token on the app.
To access the APi-Token for any church, login to the church manager dashboard, click on churches, use the search bar to find the church account to test, then copy the Api-Token for that church.
You will need to login to the test church dashboard and add some test data for the church you are testing else the app will be empty.
Take note that we only made provision for adding api-tokens on our test app, this feature will not be available for production apps. What this means is that you will have to add the Api-Token where we specified on the project documentation while generating an app for each church.
All test church accounts will only be available for a week, after which all data will be deleted. If you wish to continue the test for more than a week, send us an email @support@envisionapps.org
